Big Time Rush, an American pop boy group, was founded in 2009. The group consists of Kendall Schmidt, James Maslow and Logan Henderson. In 2009, they signed with Nick Records before moving to Columbia Records. The group was featured in the Nickelodeon television show of the similar title, Big Time Rush. The show aired from November 28 the 29th of 2009 to July 25, 2013. The pilot episode featured "Big Time Rush", the group's debut promotional single. The band has released three albums, including BTR in 2010, Elevate in 2011 and 24/Seven in 2013. The group went on an indefinite hiatus in the year 2014 which lasted until 2021, when the band resumed live performances and released their single "Call It Like I See It".
